Civil Litigation
"Early conflict resolution is always our goal, but our attorney loves trying cases."

Although we provide legal services for both transactions and litigation, we are primarily a litigation firm. In fact, approximately 75% of our business is built on prosecuting and defending in court. We litigate claims related to real estate, securities, bankruptcy, probate, elder law, corporate, commercial, and general business torts (e.g. defamation, fraud, and collections).

Our attorney has years of experience in both prosecuting and defending against civil litigation in a variety of contexts, cases, and claims. We have represented both businesses and individuals in complex and class-action litigation in both California state and Federal court. We take a fast and forceful stance in asserting and protecting our clients' rights.

When clients choose our attorney to represent them, they send an unmistakable message to the opposition that they are ready and willing to go to trial and their case will be litigated aggressively at every step.
